This website is provided via OpenAI Sites and technical infrastructure used for that service, including Cloudflare. When the website is accessed, technical data may be processed automatically. This may include the IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, referrer URL, browser type and version, operating system and host name of the accessing device.

The processing is necessary to deliver the website securely, reliably and efficiently and to detect misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interests are the secure operation and technical availability of the website. Service providers process data on my behalf or as independent controllers in accordance with their respective responsibilities. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

If you contact me by email or telephone, I process the information you provide, in particular your contact details and the content of your enquiry, in order to handle and respond to it. Email communication is provided using Google Workspace.

My legitimate interest is the effective handling of enquiries. The publicly accessible pages currently do not use analytics, advertising tracking or profiling and do not set optional cookies. The protected administration area may use technically necessary authentication information. This is required for secure access and is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
